Body and Balance at Work offers Pilates, Yoga, ChiBall and Fitness Classes at Your Work
If you are unable to come to a regular class you might like to initiate one at your workplace for your colleagues.
Clients find that the principles learnt during Body and Balance classes can be incorporated in their day-to-day life resulting in improved posture, better health, better productivity and a general feeling of well being.
Employers find that not only productivity increases but that absences decrease.
The 50 minute to one hour class can be held before, during or after work.
All that you need is a space large enough to hold the class.
We can visit your workplace to assist you in evaluating an appropriate space.
We recommend a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 15 to start the class to ensure individual attention and feedback from your instructor.
Ideally classes should be a block of 5 to 10 weeks to allow progressive building up of knowledge.
Classes cost $150.00 per session regardless of the number of clients.
One person from the workplace is required to nominate themselves as the organizer and they will be the point of contact with Body and Balance at Work.
All instructors are fully accredited, qualified, experienced and have full liability insurance.
For hygienic reasons each participant is required to provide their own mat and stretch band which we can supply on the first day at a reduced rate.
