BEGINNERS Pilates
A basic Pilates class for newcomers to begin with the fundamentals of flowing movement, breathe, mind/body connection, balance, posture, mind/muscle integration and core strength.

GENERAL Pilates
An extension of beginners Pilates but including the 3 different levels from Basic through to Advanced. Participants in this class will have some fitness level and have an understanding of their body, but will always be given the choice to do as little or as much as they feel ready to do in every class.

POWER Pilates
Is a stronger class for those participants who feel ready for more strength, more stretch, more core conditioning. This class will increase the heart rate due to having a more aerobic component. The fundamentals of Pilates are maintained and the choice of participating at 3 levels is also available. There is never a time where a participant needs to feel compelled to do any more than they can on any given day. Pilates fitness potential is reached in your own time.
Body and Balance is now running ChiBall Classes and ZUMBA Fitness Classes
as well as a variety of
Pilates and Yoga Classes.
